ABOUT ME

I'm Tressa. I'm an editor and proofreader because I love words in all their forms—spoken, written, in crossword puzzles, stuck to the refrigerator as magnets, and in stories. My goal is to use my love of words and my training as an editor to collaborate with authors to make their writing the best possible version of itself.

Stories and creativity take up my spare time, too. I listen to audiobooks while I paint portraits or bake chocolate chip banana bread, and I enjoy my baked goods while I talk to my sisters about our latest reads. There is nothing better than settling in for a night of reading in a cozy chair with a plate of freshly baked cookies. Chai shortbread cookies are my fave and they pair well with an epic high fantasy! I'm from New Mexico, a beautiful part of the Southwestern United States. I spent about one year studying at Concordia University in Montréal and wanted to stay forever. Now I've made Québec my home.
